# In-App Mobile Tracker

**DEFIT** App can be used **without any fitness tracking device** by using our proprietary mobile tracker to record walks, runs and bike rides.

### Steps:

1. **Press the start button** within DEFIT Mobile application. 
2. **Select your activity type** and hit GO
3. Complete your activity
4. Press pause and **hold the stop button to record it**
5. You have **successfully recorded your activity** and can claim your reward
