Should you not have any fitness tracking device beside your phone you can start with DEFIT by using our proprietary mobile tracker in-app.

DEFIT App can be used without any fitness tracking device by using our proprietary mobile tracker to record walks, runs and bike rides.

Steps:

1. Press the start button within DEFIT Mobile application.

2. Select your activity type and hit GO

3. Complete your activity

4. Press pause and hold the stop button to record it

5. You have successfully recorded your activity and can claim your reward
