- 1.Open the left panel menu and click Wearables within DEFIT Mobile application. Select Garmin
- 2.A new page open. Click Sync device
- 3.Enter your Garmin connect account credentials and Sign In
- 4.Agree to share your data with us
- 5.You have now successfully synced your Garmin connect account
