1. Open the left panel menu and click **Wearables** within DEFIT Mobile application. \
   **Select Garmin**
2. A new page open. Click **Sync device**
3. Enter your Garmin connect account credentials and **Sign In**
4. **Agree to share your data with us**
5. You have now **successfully synced your Garmin connect account**
