1. Open the left panel menu and click Wearables within DEFIT Mobile application. Select Garmin

2. A new page open. Click Sync device

3. Enter your Garmin connect account credentials and Sign In

4. Agree to share your data with us

5. You have now successfully synced your Garmin connect account
