1. Open the left panel menu and click **Wearables** within DEFIT Mobile application. \
   **Select Polar**
2. A new page open. Click **Sync device**
3. Enter your Polar app account credentials and **Sign in**
4. **Agree to terms and conditions and accept** our connection request
5. You have now **successfully synced your Polar app account**
