1. Open the left panel menu and click Wearables within DEFIT Mobile application. Select Polar

2. A new page open. Click Sync device

3. Enter your Polar app account credentials and Sign in

4. Agree to terms and conditions and accept our connection request

5. You have now successfully synced your Polar app account
